Create the Draw
The organisation sets up the draw configuration before any entries are uploaded or the draw is executed.
The organisation enters the draw details within the platform dashboard. All configuration is saved and locked prior to execution — it cannot be adjusted once the draw has been run.
Upload Entries
Entry data is uploaded securely prior to draw execution. Entry files are stored privately and are never made public.
The organisation uploads a structured entry file to the platform. Entries are processed and stored privately — only the draw outcome and aggregate data (such as total entry count) are reflected in the public certificate.
Execute the Draw
When ready, the organisation runs the draw. At the moment of execution, the outcome is immediately recorded and timestamped.
Execution is a single, irreversible action. The platform selects winner(s), records the result, and applies a UTC timestamp at the exact moment of completion. The recorded result cannot be modified without detection.
Certificate Generation
Immediately after draw completion, the platform automatically generates an official certificate. No manual step required.
Public Verification
Every issued certificate can be verified independently by anyone — at any time, without requiring an account.
