Organisation Name
The name of the organiser who ran the draw

A clear description of the concern or issue raised
Relevant Timestamps
UTC timestamps if known or available

All dispute requests must be submitted via the official contact channel. Requests submitted through unofficial channels may not be accepted.
Section 04

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid request, a structured 5-step review is conducted against system-recorded data.

5-Step Review Procedure
1
Verify the Certificate ID
The submitted Certificate ID is cross-referenced against internal records to confirm the draw event exists within the system.
2
Compare Public Verification Data
The publicly accessible verification data on the certificate page is compared to the stored system record for consistency.
3
Confirm Record Fingerprint Integrity
The cryptographic record fingerprint is checked to confirm the draw data has not been altered or tampered with since certification.
4
Review the Audit Trail
The system audit log is reviewed for all events associated with the draw, including entry uploads, draw execution, and certificate issuance.
5
Confirm the UTC Completion Timestamp
The recorded UTC timestamp of draw completion is confirmed against the certificate and internal system log to validate temporal accuracy.
The review is limited strictly to system-recorded data. We cannot review or comment on matters that fall outside what the platform captures.
Section 05

Outcome of Review

Following the review, one of two outcomes will apply depending on the findings of the system data comparison.

Certificate & Record Valid
The result will be confirmed as consistent with the stored system data. The certificate stands as issued and a confirmation notice will be provided.
Discrepancy Identified
The certificate status may be updated — for example, revoked or flagged — and a correction notice may be issued where appropriate. All findings relate solely to record integrity.
All findings relate solely to record integrity. Outcomes do not constitute legal determinations, consumer protection rulings, or any form of dispute adjudication beyond what the system recorded.
Section 06

Timeframes

We aim to handle all dispute requests promptly and transparently.

Prompt Acknowledgement
All valid dispute requests are acknowledged promptly upon receipt via the official contact channel.
Variable Review Timelines
Review timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the quality of supporting evidence provided.
Evidence Matters
Providing complete and accurate information at submission helps ensure a faster and more thorough review outcome.
Written Outcome
A written outcome is provided for all completed reviews, stating whether the certificate and record are confirmed or flagged.
Section 07

Platform Neutrality

The platform operates independently and does not take positions on matters outside its technical remit.

Outside Our Position
Competition legality — We do not assess whether a competition is lawful under any jurisdiction's laws or regulations
Consumer protection disputes — Participant rights regarding prizes or promotions are outside our scope
Contractual disagreements — Any contractual matter between an organiser and a participant is not reviewed by the platform
Prize distribution matters — How, when, and whether prizes are distributed is the sole responsibility of the organiser
Independent
We operate independently of all organisers and participants — findings are based solely on system data.
Neutral
We take no position on competition terms, marketing claims, or the fairness of prizes offered.
Verifiable
Our responsibility is limited to verifying whether the recorded draw event matches the issued certificate.
Section 08

Escalation

Where a dispute involves legal or regulatory concerns, the matter should be directed to the appropriate party.

Escalation Contacts

Good Faith Principle

All dispute submissions must be made sincerely and in good faith. This protects the integrity of the review process for everyone.

Good Faith Requirements
Accepted Submissions
Genuine concerns about a specific certificate
Requests backed by supporting evidence
First-time or single concurrent dispute per draw event
May Be Declined
Abusive or harassing submissions
Fraudulent or bad-faith claims
Repeated unsupported claims for the same draw
Transparency in dispute handling ensures continued confidence in the integrity of recorded draw outcomes. This principle applies to all parties involved in the review process.

Fair. Independent. Transparent.

Dispute handling is held to the same standard as every other part of the platform — honest, verifiable, and limited to what the system records.
