Section 01

Independent Adjudication Platform

Our role is precisely defined. Understanding what we do — and what we do not do — is fundamental to using this platform correctly.

The Platform Does
  • Provide structured recording of draw outcomes
  • Issue UTC timestamped completion records
  • Generate tamper-evident certificates of draw execution
  • Enable public, independent verification of results
  • Maintain an internal audit trail of platform events
The Platform Does Not
  • Operate competitions or sell entries
  • Fulfil prizes or engage with entrants
  • Provide legal advice or compliance guidance
  • Verify the legality of any specific competition
  • Hold or require gambling licences
Our role is limited to documenting and certifying the outcome of draws conducted by organisations. We are a record-keeping and certification service, not a competition operator.
Section 02

Regulatory Position

We are not a gambling operator. Regulatory obligations for competitions rest with the organising entity.

We are not a gambling operator and do not hold or require a gambling licence for the provision of adjudication services. Organisations must ensure their competitions comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Section 03

Jurisdictional Responsibility

The platform may be accessed globally. Each organisation remains responsible for compliance within their jurisdiction.

Each Organisation Is Responsible For
  • Compliance with Local Laws
The organisation must ensure its draw activity is lawful in every jurisdiction from which participants are accepted.
  • Consumer Protection Requirements
Meeting applicable consumer rights and fair trading obligations relevant to their competition.
  • Promotional & Advertising Regulations
Ensuring that all marketing materials, entry mechanics, and prize descriptions meet applicable standards.
We do not provide legal advice. Organisations with questions about their regulatory obligations should consult a qualified legal professional in their jurisdiction.
Section 04

Verified Organisations

Verified status is an identity and documentation review — not a regulatory endorsement or legal approval.

Verification Confirms
  • Identity documentation has been reviewed
  • The organisation passed our onboarding review
  • Transparency is enhanced for public users
Verification Does Not Mean
  • Regulatory approval or endorsement
  • A guarantee of competition legality
  • Ongoing compliance monitoring by us
Section 05

Record Certification Scope

A certificate is a record of draw execution — not a legal ruling, not a prize guarantee, and not a regulatory approval.

A Certificate Confirms
  • The draw was executed on this platform
  • The recorded data reflects the system state at completion
  • The completion timestamp in UTC
  • The selected winner(s) and reserve status
A Certificate Does Not Confirm
  • That the competition complied with applicable laws
  • That the prize was delivered to the winner
  • That promotional materials were accurate
  • Any legal ruling on the competition's conduct
The certificate is a record of execution. It documents what happened on this platform — nothing beyond that scope.
Section 06

Data Protection & Privacy

The platform processes data in accordance with applicable data protection principles. Privacy by design governs how data is handled.

Data Handling Principles
  • Limited Public Display
The public verification page displays only the draw outcome — winner name and draw details. Sensitive personal information from entry files is never publicly exposed.
  • No Cross-Organisation Data Sharing
Entry data submitted by one organisation is not accessible to any other organisation on the platform.
  • Organiser Responsibility for Entrant Data
Organisations are responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds for collecting and submitting participant data to the platform.
Further details are provided in our Privacy documentation.
Section 07

Dispute Handling

Our dispute review is strictly limited to verifying the integrity of the recorded draw event. We do not adjudicate broader competition complaints.

Our Review Process
1
Certificate Fingerprint Review
The cryptographic fingerprint of the certificate is checked against the draw record to confirm it has not been altered since issuance.
2
Internal Audit Log Examination
The timestamped audit trail of all draw events is reviewed to confirm the sequence of actions taken during the draw process.
3
Public Verification Record Comparison
The public verification record is compared to internal data to confirm consistency and confirm the record has not been tampered with.
We do not adjudicate consumer complaints relating to prize fulfilment, competition conduct, or organiser behaviour. Those matters are the responsibility of the organising entity and, where appropriate, relevant authorities.
Section 08

Platform Independence

Neutrality is not aspirational — it is structurally enforced. The platform cannot be influenced by any organising entity.

No Winner Influence
The platform does not influence winner selection beyond the configured parameters set at draw creation. Selection is governed by the system, not the organiser.
Tamper-Evident Records
Completed draws cannot be edited without detection. Any alteration to the record would produce a fingerprint mismatch, visible during public verification.
Public Verification
Independent validation is available to anyone. Results can be checked by members of the public without an account and without the organiser's involvement.
Section 09

Ongoing Compliance Review

We periodically review our policies and operational framework to maintain accurate, transparent positioning.

Clear Role Definition
Our position as an adjudication service — and the boundaries of that role — is reviewed to remain accurate and clearly communicated.
Transparent Positioning
How the platform represents itself publicly is assessed to ensure accuracy and that no misleading impressions are created.
Separation from Competition Operation
Structural and procedural separation between the platform and the operations of organising entities is maintained and reviewed.
Accurate Public Communication
All platform documentation, including this page, is reviewed periodically. Updates to compliance positioning are reflected here as they occur.
Our Objective

Transparent Draws. Trusted Results.
